The Share A Horse Club offers more than just riding lessons!

Our horses range in size and energy levels to accommodate all types and
sizes of riders from timid to experienced. If you would rather learn on your own horse that is fine too, bring your horse/s over and we can learn and ride together!

We ride at a variety of arena's both indoor and outdoors depending on
the weather, as well as the sand dunes, and local historic trails. No
boring circles in someone's backyard.

Each rider gets their own dedicated time to learn one on one with an
experienced instructor learning from the ground up (age/experience
appropriate) how to properly groom, tack-up, safely load in a trailer,
ride, and care for the same horse each time enabling them to form a bond
with their "own" horse.

Once students learn the basics of controlling their horse they are able
to ride with a group of similar aged riders to learn team work, arena
etiquette, and play lots of fun games that help build confidence,
balance, and core strength.

The Share A Horse Club allows people who would never be able to own a
horse of their own to experience the joy and lessons interaction with a
horse can provide. We also welcome families who are considering buying a
horse of their own and want to go into it educated in the basic care and
handling.

Students 6 years and older are scheduled for a minimum of one, 2 hour
session each week.
Students under 6 usually only have the attention span for a one hour
session unless shared with a sibling.

Families/groups are welcome and can share the 2 hour time slot on one or
multiple horses. This works great as an incentive for children to
complete chores, or schoolwork. If they do not then mom/dad, or sibling
gets the whole time.

Handicap and special needs children welcomed.
