A 10 Step Process: 1. The appointment will be scheduled in a 4 hour window. All estimates are free. 2. After you approve the work we will begin by putting down drop cloths in the work area to avoid scratching your floors. 7. The technician will then clean up his work area. 8. The technician will go over with you what he did and why, and explain the warranty that is included. 9. Payment is last. We accept all major credit cards and checks. 10.You will then receive a phone call to assure the service was good.
