If you lead a busy life and not enough time in the day to accomplish everything, only means that you need a personal assistant to organize your day and get your life back on track. I am very detailed oriented, high energy and believe in punctuality and giving more than 100% to get the work done in a timely manner and effectively.

A bit about my background. I was in property management for 15 years and I have been an assistant and organizer for more than eight years. My services include:

Running errands; such as grocery shopping, to the cleaners, post office etc.
E-bay listing.
If selling your home, I can assist with the staging.
Organizing closets, garages, pantries etc.
If you own real estate property I can assist with the management of your properties.
If moving, I can assist with packing and unpacking.
I am not in the house cleaning business but I will do light cleaning while I'm organizing your home.

I handle bookkeeping for food truck owners or small businesses at a very economical rate. I am a mobile service, which makes it easier for you to reach out. I will pick up your paperwork at the beginning of each month.

I can assist with the following:

All entries will be entered in Quickbooks.
Balancing monthly bank statements.
Balancing monthly credit card statements.
Organizing all receipts in date and month order in a binder.
Payroll on a weekly basis.
Monthly "Profit & Loss" reports.
Monthly "Detailed Reports."
Reports will be delivered to client in a timely manner.
