(Hillsboro, Beaverton, Aloha, Bethany, Tigard, and Tualatin) and west Portland
INTERIOR OFFER:
$288 for one 12' x 12' x 8' room of interior painting ($.75/sqft)
Client must buy paint (2 gallons).
Offer includes: prepping, spot priming, painting, taping interior surfaces,
repair of small holes, and inexpensive supplies like tape and spackle.
Each new color we use will incur in a $50 fee.
Offer valid for walls only, ceilings and trim can be painted for an additional fee.
Offer includes covering and moving furniture
Painting for moulding, door, and window frame is charged separately
EXTERIOR OFFER:
$2,500 for 2000 sqft of exterior house painting ($1.25/sqft)
Price for paint is included (Additional fee for premium paint)
Includes pressure-washing, caulking, and minor repairs (e.g. nail holes, minor cracks)
Up to two colors; extra colors can be painted for an additional fee.
