I am a Licensed Business and currently have Business insurance. Services cannot exceed $500 per California State law for services performed on a building or structure.
Service call is $35 to show up. Estimates are free. If work exceeds 1 hour then $27 per hour after. Piece work /Flat rate can be negotiated. I am open to the phase "while you're here could you?"
I am available 7 days a week. As long as this posting is up, I'm available.
It would be easier to say what I don't know how to do.
I don't know how to repair HVAC. Can however trouble shoot AC's and install window units.
I have 13 years of experience servicing military member's quarters and commercial buildings. I served as the 10th Mountain Sustainment Brigade Repair and utilities NCO.

Ikea furniture assembly. Rates go by the hour only. Example, office chair only takes 30 minutes while a complex 6 drawer dressers is around 1.5 hrs. $35 arrival fee applies.
Door Handle and bolt replacement/ Installation. Door replacement. Closet doors. Sliding glass doors.
Window repair and replace.
Crown Molding, window casement, Base Boards Installed and repaired
Auto Maintenance all the way to replacing brake pads. REAL removal of oxidation from head lights. No wipe on products. All while not leaving your home.
Help moving furniture
