BOILER/FURNACE Tune-Up Service includes:

- Soot cleaning from Boiler tubes/Furnace Heat Exchanger
- Standard fuel filter replacement (1A or 2A general filter)
- Fuel nozzle replacement
- Cleaning of air intake on combustor
- Electrodes inspection (adjusted as deemed necessary)
- Inspection for fuel oil leaks
- Measuring of fuel oil pump pressure
- Inspection of combustion chamber and target wall
- Measurement of combustion parameters including net stack combustion efficiency
- Flue draft adjustment (if necessary)
- Cad cell inspection
- Transformer and ignitor spark strength testing
- Clean cut solenoid valve testing (if equipped with one)
- Fuel testing for water presence
- Service Report

TOYO STOVE / MONITOR HEATER Service Includes:

- Checking of fuel lines for leaks and loose connections.
- Inspection of exhaust lines for leaks or loose connections.
- Checking of fuel for water and/or other contamination.
- Inspection of the fuel pipe for obstruction.
- Inspection of the electrical wiring for cracks, signs of deterioration, bare wires and/or loose connectors.
- Cleaning of the front panel louvers.
- Cleaning of the room air circulation fan
- Checking of the flue pipe area.
- Cleaning of the fuel inlet strainer of fuel sump.
- Inspection of the burner ring and the flame sensor.
- Cleaning of the heat chamber and the burner assembly.
- Cleaning of the igniter.
- Checking of the air line and blower motor assembly.
- Checking for carbon build-up on or inside fuel nozzle.
- Installation of a new burner mat.
- Replacement of gaskets removed with new ones
- Service Report
- Service can be performed at customer's home. If the heater needs to be serviced at our shop, a loaner might be available while the unit is worked on.


OIL MISER OM-148, OM-180, etc. Service Includes:

- Fuel line inspection
- Combustion analysis
- Fuel strainer cleaning and replacement (if needed)
- Cleaning of the flame sensor
- Dust removal from inside the unit
- Temperature and pressure relieve valve inspection
- Burner inspection and cleaning
- Nozzle replacement
- Burner top inspection (and replacement if necessary)
- Blower motor inspection
- Fuel filter replacement
- Heat exchanger cleaning (*)
- Service Report
(*) For flue piping and heat exchanger cleaning add $100 - $250 depending on the model.
