Long term seasonal pre-paid snow removal routes for sale in South Lake Tahoe. Each account brings in an average of $600.00 per season. Season runs from 11/1 to 4/20 each year. The $4400 price listed above is an average price for each route. All accounts are paid in full prior to start of each season. Customer is sent a contract each year and agreements are returned to us with "full payment" whether it snows or not. A total of 4 routes with 15 -22 accounts per route are currently for sale.
