Hi, my name is Mick Kennedy and I'm an NSCA-Certified Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) and an NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer. I strive to build strength, conditioning, health, and confidence in my clients through simple yet challenging barbell based training - all in a supportive environment.

I have openings in my Fenton gym for women who want to train with other women or individually to get fit, lean and strong. You will get results! Team training is $30/session. Call me if interested.
