Project detailed description

The covered porch is in the top floor of our town home. I hired a man to hang our porch swing. He said that the rafters do not extend over the covered porch....it's just 2x4's and would not support the weight of our swing. He suggested that we have the rafter extended. The attic is accessed by the room adjacent to the porch
