motorcycle repair

I have a 2000 Harley Davidson Dyna fxdx. My motorcycle was running in great shape until last night. I thought it was the battery so I bought a new one and switched that out my self. I did a couple of quick tests to check to see if it was my spark plugs, I double checked all my plugs and electrical components, fuel lines, etc. but I can't seem to find the problem. I live in Pittsburg Ca., any information would be great.
