They rented my trailer for one of their moves, kept it two days past the contracted and paid for time, damaged it and refused to pay for the extra time and damage.

On the day of the move we were called and notified that they would be late because their previous move at 8am ran over. They were supposed to arrive at 9, but instead got there at 9:30.
