Custody, visitation, child support, paternity, income tax credit and other issues are billed at $100 an hour with a retainer fee starting at $1500 and depending on the number of issues and number of anticipated court appearances.
Mayeux Law Firm, LLC also provides criminal defense representation in State and local jurisdictions. Traffic tickets start at $100, misdemeanors start at $500 and first offense DWI cases start at $1000.00 and felonies at $1500. Clients are not responsible for any other costs or expenses.
