I am a Freelance Certified Personal Trainer. Have been certified 6 years but have trained all my life. I am currenly an Independent trainer at BAC Burbank, by the theaters. I have excellent references if needed and have develop my own style of training(have my own gadgets that I bring with me), a combination of Pilates, Plyometrics, Resistance, Circuit Training, the use of gym equipment (Machines-Dumbbells-Cables) and your own body weight.
I maximize the space for an all around circuit workout to make you sweat more in comparison to conventional trainers who sit you on a machine, have you do only one set and cheat chat. I believe in muscle confusion and never apply the same workout everytime I train my clients. This creates an increase of strength, lose of body fat and lean muscle. Also, giving guidance in how to eat healthy without having a diet. I can also do inhouse training if desired.
I currently train 2 cops and one teeager athlete with excellent results in winning medals and staying fit for their jobs, among other clients (moms, regular 9-5 people).
My philosophy is to maintain you in the best shape possible as you grow older, so you don't have to deal with lower back problems, Knee problems, High blood preassure, Obesity or Heart related issues.
I have worked for several Gym corporations in the past and have seen how they lie to people who have the desire to look better, loose weight and achieve goals. Giving away their money for trainers who don't care about them. I can only promise that It'll hurt in the beginning but the satisfaction over being consistant will get you to levels you couldn't imagine before.

I charge $ 60/hr for one session, $55 for twice a week and $50 for 3 times a week. If I go to your house depending on distance I will charge a little extra. I can't do the same workout on everyone. For that reason, each person has a personal approach for their goals that need to be target individually.
Michelangelo is a great trainer and has become a wonderful friend. I could not speak more highly of him. He trains you to your particular needs and goals as well as helping you establish a food regiment that will not only help you loose weight but feel better.
