This is one of the best companies I used. Very responsive, respectable, and polite. The above review makes me suspect of the customer himself..
If I could give now 0 stars I would have. I called them, I sent pictures of the job that they requested, and I received a quote of $300-$350 and we agreed. Day before pick up I received a text that they needed to change time and asked for pictures again. I sent images and we agreed on a new time. I explained to them that we have a photographer coming to take pictures of the home and we need the trash moved ASAP.
A few hrs before they were to arrive they sent another text that the charge will be $600-$650. I told them them to come. 30 minutes before they were to arrive they sent me a text saying they were passing on the job.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! And a bait and switch.
