This was my first time I came to Minnie. I didn't know exactly what I wanted to have. I just needed some changes for this spring: some haircut and some new hair color. Additional services: False lashes, Pre-event makeup trial, Glitter, Day-of or night-of touch ups. Number of people: 1 person. Expected cost: $$$ (premium). Type of meeting with the artist: The makeup artist travels to me. Best date(s) and time for services: Jun 23, 2022 at 12:00PM EDT. Additional info: I want to hire a makeup artist to do my bridal makeup for the day of my wedding. I prefer glam, vampy, dramatic or semi theatrical makeup styles with individual false eyelashes to give my eyes that extra kick- as those styles have proven to work very well for me in the past & I tend to photograph better when more heavily made up then not. Additionally, I would also like to find an artist who along with knowing how to do the above make up styles well, also has experience with doing the smoky, or smudge eyeshadow technique, & who is also has really good blending and contouring makeup techniques overall. I also like to experiment with face gems and face jewels at times when wearing certain types of vampy/dramatic eye makeup, & would like to incorporate face gems/jewels within my eye makeup as an added accent the day of my wedding. Hopefully, the makeup artist who responds to this post will have experience and strong skill in all of these areas. I am based out of Philadelphia, Pa not far from center city. Ideally, I would like to connect with an a skilled/experienced makeup artist in or near the Philadelphia area who would be willing to come to my house the day of my wedding to assist me with my bridal makeup the day of. I would like if possible along with an initial consultation to discuss rates and services-assuming everything clicks between us beforehand, if possible I'd like to have a makeup trial appointment with the makeup artist ahead of time just to ensure things go smoothly the day of.
