Hello, my name is Andrew Fagan of Fagan Lawn and Landscapes, and we do all manner of landscaping work, however the bulk of my business consists of mowing residential lots. We specialize in landscaping and mowing half acre and under lots. Most average sized subdivision lots are $30-$40 (front, back, mow, edge, blow). A full half acre will usually be $50-$60. My minimum charge is $25, no matter how small the job is.

I offer both pay-as-you-go and monthly payments (discounts for paying by the month). I also offer one-time or regularly scheduled lawn maintenance. No pressure to sign a contract! Broke your mower and just need somebody to mow it once before you get a new one? That's fine by me! I work with YOU to figure out the best solution for your unique lawn or landscaping needs.

Landscaping services are usually priced by the man-hour (one worker for one hour-usually two workers), at a rate of $20 per hour for jobs taking less than 6 hours, and $18 per man-hour for larger jobs. Materials deposit, or customer purchase of materials, is required for larger jobs with a lot of materials. Estimates are also free on these services.
