Hello, I have been a personal cook for the last 11 years in Seattle and recently moved back home to OC. My references are former recent clients, all of whom are physicians at either University of Washington Hospital or Seattle Children's Hospital and one in San Juan Capistrano. The reason I mention this is so you can be confident that my menu planning (with you) and cooking will be nutritious. I enjoy preparing a wide variety of cuisine including, but not limited to, American,Thai, Greek, Italian and Mexican. Kids meals, no problem. Vegetarian or meat OK. One day each week I will fill 2 shelves in your refrigerator with meals for the week to come, just reheat. I'll start my grocery shopping at 10 a.m., then I'll come to your home and cook either 8 family sized (4-6 servings average) dishes or packaged and portioned combo meals for you to take to work, school or weekday dinners for your family. I will pay for the groceries and you can reimburse me when you get home and pay for the labor. My fee is $20 hr. My usual hours are 10-6pm. but I'm flexible. Another perk is that you will come home to a fresh hot dinner when you arrive home on the day that I work. Usually it's working parents that need me the most, but I'm open to most culinary needs as long as I have a daily, weekly or bi-weekly commitment. Check out some photos of my dishes.... photo below is my Thai Prawn Salad with lime chili dressing. You will find such delicious choices like this on my menu. Choices such as Grilled Ahi Tuna and Pineapple with mango jalapeno relish, Arugula Roasted Beet Salad with goat cheese, toasted walnuts and a sweet balsamic reduction, Greek Salad with stuffed grape leaves,Zucchini and summer yellow squash and ricotta Tart, portioned and packaged dishes of Grilled Chicken Kabobs with tzatziki sauce ( garlic, lemon, dill and yogurt) cous-cous and steamed sugar snap peas and carrots, Strawberry Trifle, Chocolate Cake with layers of raspberry puree and chocolate ganache, White Cake layered with raspberry nectarine puree and cream cheese frosting. If you are interested, please call me with any questions that you may have or if you like! Thank you, Dianna
