If you're looking for something a little different this BBQ season, then these lamb skewers are ideal - spicy, tender, smokey and incredibly tasty. Lamb skewers can be found through central Asia and Xinjiang (northwest China). According to nutrition study, Lamb meat is much healthier than pork and beef, much tastier than chicken and turkey.

Our Original Lamb leg meat are top quality from Australia and New Zealand. All meat chunks are hand cutted and skewered. Each skewer is mixed with lean and fat lamb chunks. We added special ingredients of cumin powder and chili mixtures, slow cooked with lump wooden charcoal until it's fork-tender, then we added pure sea salt and cooked sesame powder to enrich the flavor.

Party Packages can include only Lamb Skewers or they can be combined with 2 other types.

Also Asian style drinks are available for additional cost, includes: Boba Milk Tea/ Mango Green Tea/ Honey (Green/Black) Tea.
