Hello everyone! My name is Zach Escalera and I am a certified personal trainer with a degree in Exercise Science and Personal Training, two certifications in personal training, and I am certified through NASM/ACSM. I have been a personal trainer for 2 years now and I currently train clients at Pro Fitness RX, which is located on 51st and Bell Road in Glendale, Arizona. I am on here to assist anyone who is or has been trying to meet their fitness goals. I motivate and push hard to help you achieve whatever goals you are trying to achieve, be it losing weight or just improving the muscles you already have. While I assist and motivate you towards your goals, I will also be helping to increase your cardiovascular endurance, range of motion in your flexibility, and your overall muscular endurance/strength. I keep track of your goals by use of body fat calipers and take calculated skinfolds to give you your body fat percentage, which can be done with 3 and 7 site testing. This is my passion and it is what I have spent so much time in school for. There are no contracts or binding obligations, I am here to motivate as long as you continue wanting to achieve your goals.
