I'm looking to rent my Photography Studio to professional Photographers for in-Studio sessions.
The Studio has all natural lighting from large windows on one side on the room with great southern light exposure. The windows have white colored drapery to provide privacy and can be opened to let in a lot of light, the interior walls are all white and wood floors have a white wash look.

Furniture:
One white couch
Two chrome end tables plus one coffee.

I have paper backdrops that are available but you must be responsible if used.

Studio Dimensions:
22 ft. x 26 ft.
10 Ft. Ceilings

Provided:

Rental Pricing:
* $50.00 - 1 Hour
* $75.00 - 2 Hours
$25 per hour after after 2nd hour

I'm open to Bartering.
Discounts apply after multiple rental sessions******
$100.00 Refundable Deposit: With the exception if there are any damages caused by Renter or Renters Party. The deposit will be refunded after photography session.
