I do some of that, but my lessons have more to do with performance. There are vocal teachers and vocal coaches. I am definitely of the coach variety.
After one of my lessons you'll feel like you just gave a concert.
It's a real work out for your voice and your state of being. It can also be very cathartic.
Singing IS one of the best ways to relieve stress. Believe it!!!

ear training, breath control and proper use of the diaphram,
enuciation, skat singing, acapela singing,
microphone technique,
stage confidence,
