Samples of Specialty foods:

Finger/party foods - buffalo wings, stuffed mushrooms, deviled eggs, potato skins, salads, sandwiches, meat and cheese trays.

Italian - spaghetti, chicken alfredo, eggplant or chicken parmesan, lasagna, pizza, calzone.

Mexican - tacos, burritos, fajitas, enchiladas, quesadillas, spanish rice, beans, homemade salsa, guacamole, Mexican corn.

Asian - stir frys, raman, egg rolls, pot stickers, teriyaki chicken, broccoli beef, shrimp fried rice, fried lo mein noodles.

American - meat loaf, pot roast, baked chicken, turkey, or fish. Chicken, turkey, or beef pot pies.

Southern - fried, or smothered chicken and pork, chicken fried chicken, chicken fried steak, macaroni cheese, collard greens, fried catfish, corn bread.

Creole - Gumbo, Jambalaya, red beans/rice, crawfish or shrimp étouffée, shrimp and grits, fried hush puppies.

BBQ - Pork, chicken, tri tip, ribs, steak, baked beans, giant stuffed baked potatos, coleslaw, macaroni or potato salad.

Seafood - Lobster, crab, shrimp, oysters, clams, fish.

Soups including homemade vegetable, chicken noodle, cream of broccoli, stews, and chili.

All kinds of vegetables, salads, and fresh fruits. Sweet tea, lemonade.

Breakfast food is my favorite, waffles, pancakes, french toast, eggs, omelette, quiche, grits. Ham, bacon, sausage, chorizo, steak.

Desserts -Sweet Potato Pie, Chocolate Eclair Cake, Fresh Strawberry Jello Cake, Fruit Pizza, Banana Nut bread.
