I am a flooring distributor/installer based in Newark, NJ. I can provide ANY type of floor coverings, hard or soft, however; I specialize in hardwood and ceramic & porcelain tiles.

As far as hardwood goes, no-one, and I mean no-one, beats my prices in the region. I have unfinished, pre-finished, solid, engineered, domestic, exotic hardwoods. I have the product to fit any budget.

Being that I supply most of the contractors, architects, developers, etc... , I have incredible pricing on hardwood installation as well that I would like to pass along.

I can install, sand, refinished, repair, etc... Anything hardwood, come to me !

**This is a package deal special, priced only for lower grade solid pre-finished products such as builder/cabin grade hardwoods. There will be a price increase if you desire higher quality hardwood. The builder grade product is a fully installable solid pre-finished floor, just takes more to install due to milling and face defects. This grade is geared towards lower end properties, rentals, and flips. Those who are looking to make some profit off the renovation, I am your guy.

Builder grade hardwood + Installation = $4.50/square foot !

This includes the material and installation, extremely competitive price. **minimum 500 square feet . This installation is a simple and easy nail down. If materials have to be ripped up for moved around, price may be subject to change.
