First two hourly lessons are only 15 dollars each . I come right to your home and give you a professional guitar lesson for only 30 dollars an hour which is much less than what local music stores charge . I have more than 30 years of playing experience and about 10 years of teaching experience . Right now I am teaching from the Alfred beginner series books for my younger students but by no means is that maditory . I teach songs in many different styles , music theory , scales and voice and piano as it relates to the guitar and I have also prepared some of my students for NYSMA tests as well . I have had students from age 5 to age 55 . I use flash cards to teach music theory and my system seems to work very well for students of all ages . I strongly suggest that my students do at least a one hour lesson each week because they will learn much faster that way but if they want to do less lessons than that , it is their perogative . I also have references so you can call students and their parents and get their opinion of my lessons and teaching techniques . Call local music stores and compare prices .
