This company was founded on the principals of honesty, integrity and fairness. We will provide you with an estimate based on the known work. As a general contractor, I want to make sure you get the work done within your budget, on the timeline we agreed to, and that at the end of the job, I can count on your willingness to let us add you to our list of references.
I have been working on my personal rental and investment properties since 2002. In 2015 I started this company due to, like many others, having multiple bad experiences with a contractors. What I have heard from people over and over is how contractors provide poor quality workmanship, won't stick to their time commitments and once they start and it's common to want to increase the estimate midway into the project. In some cases, due to unforeseen issues, we will need to review the scope of work and make adjustments. But, again, my personal belief is that if a company is operated with honesty, integrity and fairness, if this occurs, the customer will know that the work is needed and if there is an increase in the estimate, it is reasonable and fair.
To be in the contracting business, most work will be through a referral and from having a good reputation. If we feel you would be better served by a specialist contractor, we will let you know. We can do most any type of construction work, but in order to keep a good reputation, we are willing to refer you to a specialist contractor who will provide you better services at a lower cost and, in the end a better product. In most cases, specialized work is: Tile work, Flooring or HVAC systems.
