I clean leaves and debris off your roof and out of your gutters. All downspouts and elbows are checked for proper function. If they are plugged as often they are they will be unplugged. This crucial step is often overlooked.

First half hour is $70, then each 1/4 hr thereafter is an additional $20. Most jobs take 1/2 - 1.5 hrs so most jobs will cost $70 - $150. Some jobs however will take longer depending on the terrain, size of house, pitch of roof and other circumstances etc.
