Package A (Low usage) $1750-1850 INSTALLED! 1-2 bathrooms max. 120,000-140,000 BTU 5-6 gallon per minute unit from Takagi or Rinnai (or equivalent) $1750 installed exterior location. We can also put them inside or in an existing water heater shed for $1850. The extra is for the interior vent kit.
Package B $2250-$2400 (Medium usage) INSTALLED! 1-2.5 bathrooms (3 depending on how many occupants) max 7.5-8 gallons per minute, 175,000-190,000 BTU Rinnai, Takagi, American Standard, Rheem (or equivalent) $2250 exterior and $2400 interior with the vent kit installed.
Package C (Large/High usage) INSTALLED! $3600 1-4 bathrooms 199,000 BTU 9-11 gallons per minute unit from Takagi, Rinnai, American Standard, Rheem (or equivalent). Interior models same price.
