I'm not in great shape. Can I still come?
You absolutely can. All of our workouts can be adjusted to fit any fitness level. If you feel like you need to take extra breaks that is absolutely okay....no pressure. We don't yell or scream at Will Power Health & Fitness. Fair enough?
What are the workouts like?
Our workouts are designed to get you into the best shape possible with no wasted time/energy. Each workout if different but most of them are a blend of plyometrics, resistance training, cardiovascular strengthening and intervals/circuits.
What kind of results should I expect?
You can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more toned, fit and defined. Most people can expect to drop about 1 to 2 dress sizes along with 5-9 pounds every month.
When/where are the workouts?
Your membership includes unlimited access to all of our weekly sessions. Our full schedule is listed below. You can come to as many sessions per week as you like. You can even come to more than one location. Each workout is 45 minutes.
