Carrie Rivera created, formed and currently manages Chicago Notary Serivces, a subsidary of Chicago Paralegal Notary Services LLC. We have only one location where she can meet with clients Monday thru Saturday. Please call, text or email for an appointment. We do not accept walk-ins, by appointment only.

Ms. Rivera had originally obtained her notary commission from the State of Illinois in 1991 while working as a senior paralegal in a law office. 30+ years later, she is an expert in her vocation.

Fully trained and background check by the National Notary Association, Ms. Rivera is nationally recognized as knowledgeable and competent to facilitate mortgage closings. She is compliant with today's financial industry regulations which the safeguarding of borrowers' private data and financial information and by having yearly criminal background checks as required.

Ms. Rivera is committed to a higher standard of ethics with regard to the access and maintenance of confidential consumer data and financial information and is part of a very select group within the nation's largest and most active notary associations.
