OMG!! I hired this...person (I really want to call her something else) for a complex legal case back in 2015. She had absolutely NO idea what she was doing!! I felt like I was the lawyer. She did nothing worthwhile to assist me. She was very timid and acted as though she was afraid of the D.A. and the Judge. I went from bad to worse in this matter (had a Public Defender representing me prior to her). What B.S. that was. Of course, there was NO representation there either. Now back to Lindsay...wet behind the ears, timid, clueless, and apparently unethical, to name just a few descriptions of this person. Lindsay, a REAL lawyer...(in title only!!)
Check out the AVVO reviews, you can read my drawn out review about her. On a different note, I recently I read that in 2018 the CA State Bar recommended that she be disbarred. Disbarment...that's the least satisfaction that the State Bar can provide to those of us who had the unfortunate plight of hiring her to...represent us.
DON'T WORK WITH HER, she's a CON ARTIST, LIAR AND A CHEATER! She's been reported to State Bar of California and now I have to fight to get my $300 back since she never did her job. Some people have the nerve to call themselves Lawyers! SHE'S MORE OF A LIAR THEN A LAWYER!
