- Pet Sitting & Walking $25.00 Fixed
I'm Laurie and I'd love to host your dog next time you go out of town!

I am trained in pet CPR & First Aid, have a biology degree, and have lots of experience training dogs and understanding doggie behavior. I also volunteered as a Vet Tech at the Canyon County Animal Shelter. I've also had cats all my life, and I love the sweet ones AND the moody ones. When I was young, I used to sit quietly for hours at my grandparent's farm to try to get the feral cats to let me pet them. Sometimes it worked!
My rate is $50 per calendar day for your dog to stay in my home as my adopted family member. ($65/day for 2 dogs - sorry, I don't take more than 2 dogs at a time unless there are special circumstances.) No kenneling. :) I offer rates as low as $25 for shorter visits to check on pets at your house.
I've been a huge animal lover all my life and I want your baby to feel loved and spoiled when I'm caring for him/her. I've studied dog and cat behavior too, so I'm great at knowing what they want and need. :) One of the things dogs love best about my house is that I'm home all day with them! I work from home so they get to lounge around on the couch while I work. They also love the doggie door that goes out into my large, fenced back yard! They can go potty anytime they want, or I can let them out if they like having a door butler. hehe I like to provide email updates about the visit while you're gone, and sometimes I'll send a photo or video so you know how they're doing while they're here. I do have kitties, so your dog must be okay with cats if you want them to stay at my house. Otherwise, I'm happy to visit them in your house to make sure they're fed, watered, and walked everyday. (I can also take care of plants, mail, etc. while I'm there.) I am definitely not the cheapest pet sitter out there, but I cater to those who want the absolute best for their pets!
