Personal training will provide you with an individualized program based on your goals. The workouts are high intensity and will keep you motivated with lots of variety. I will continually teach you new exercises with different techniques and proper form to work different muscle groups effectively.
I will provide you with all the tools you will need to accomplish your fitness goals and objectives. I specialize in weight & body fat loss, muscle building, strength development, muscle definition, strong core, flexibility, strong & healthy bones, balance & coordination, cardio endurance, reduced blood pressure, reduced stress, increased energy, nutrition, yoga, and meditation. I teach you to progress naturally with consistent exercise, proper nutrition, & good sleep. I do not promote any muscle enhancing drugs or supplements. Sessions are 1 hour in length.
I charge a special promotional rate of $25/hr and I can travel to your home to train you for $40/hr.

Each 60-minute class is split equally between cardio, strength, and flexibility training, ensuring optimal results.
Strength training incorporates everything from free weights, calisthenics, pull up bars, dip bar equipment to medicine balls, balance discs and more, while floor work hits all your major muscle groups.
In addition to torching calories, classes here help to improve flexibility, speed, agility, balance, and coordination.
Complement all of your hard work with a flexibility class tailored for athletes. You'll aid muscle recovery and help prevent future injuries by stretching and strengthening your hips, hamstrings, quads and core.
Since no two classes are ever the same, workouts here remain interesting, fun and challenging.
