I am a certified personal trainer as well as CrossFit Coach. During my 4 years in the United States Marine Corps I put together intensive High Intensity Interval Training programs to keep myself and squad fit for combat.
I have trained everything from MMA fighters to college athletes, bikini models and body builders.
