WORKOUT APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE:
Monday through Friday: 6am to 9:30pm
Saturday: 7am to 12pm (Exceptions Available)
Sunday: Closed

PRICE FOR GENERAL STRENGTH/CONDITIONING AND FITNESS TRAINING:
-$35 for a single full session (60 minutes)
-$20 for a "QuickFit Session" (30 minutes)
-Train with a Friend - $25 per person (for 2 total individuals)
-Train with 2 friends - $20 per person (for 3 total individuals)
-Train with 3 to 5 friends - $15 per person (for 4 to 6 total individuals)
*Also, the longer you train with me the cheaper it gets!
*Significant Percentage Discounts always available for Pre-pay Package Deals!

PRICE FOR SPECIALTY COACHING AND SPORT TRAINING:
-$55 for a single full session (60 minutes)
-$80 for a single session with 2 athletes (60 minutes)
-$225 if you purchase 5, one-hour sessions (Up to 2 individuals)

There is no pressure, I want you to see what I have to offer and make the decision yourself. You can workout utilizing my at home garage-gym, or focus on outdoor workouts, or in the comfort of your own home if you prefer to follow my distance programming. I accept clients of all fitness levels, males or females, and of any age.

Every session at JPAF includes a:
* General Warm-up or Mobility Session
* Strength Session
* Workout Specific Warm-up and Skills Coaching
* PAF Conditioning Workout of the Day
* Post Workout Mobility or Cooldown
