1) Vacuum any loosen debris and soil.
PRESPRAY

2) Prespray Carpet's with Concentrated Matrix High Traffic Treatment. This Treats and loosens any deep down soil with a concentrated carpet cleaning solution that is worked into the soiled areas of your carpets.

STAIN REMOVAL & PET ODOR treatment
3) We treat any individual stains using professional quality stain removers designed to focus on the particular chemical makeup of a stain that works to remove the specific contents of each stain. "Red Relief" or "Red Be Gone" removes Red Ink, Red Wine or Red Kool Aid or any stain containing a red food die instantly by acting on the indrediants of the red die. "Orange Power Gel" removes Gum, Grease and Oil. "Rust Away" uses a time release system to remove stains left behind by degrading metal. These stain removers act chemically and focus on the ingrediants that have caused the stain. Many times you can watch the stain simply disappear once applied. The products we use to remove stains are not your "one solution cleans all" products you find on the shelf at Home Depot. These are professional products used and designed to remove stains by acting on the individual makeup of each stain. They are designed for and created to act upon the chemical makeup of each perticular stain.

AGITATE (Gently Scrub)
4) Gently Agitate (Scrub) the solution into the heavily trafficked and soiled areas with a floor machine using a soft bristled brush to scrub and loosen any deep down soil while working to lift and soften any trampled carpet fibers. This step will remove the appearance of those heavily trafficked, worn down soiled areas like you'll find in hallways, stairs or at the foot of your favorite recliner.

HOT WATER EXTRACTION (Steam Clean)
5) Once we've treated and scrubbed these areas, we clean and extract the soil using either a high end upright commercial quality, Hot Water Extractor or a portable "Spotter" with an Upholstrey Tool to focus the Hot Cleaning Solution on a smaller area like a stair or a hard to reach corner of a sofa cushion. We inject the cleaning solution into the soiled carpets using a commercial quality agitated Hot Water Extracted Carpet Cleaner. This equipment extracts the soiled solution from your carpets leaving them as clean as can be achieved.

CONDITION & GROOM
5) Finally we condition and groom your carpets using a carpet bonnet that will leave your carpets appearing and feeling soft and gently groomed. This final step leaves your carpets with a clean, creamy, flowing appearance.
