Tired of carpet cleaners that advertise cheap prices but aren't very good?
Our small family owned business is 20+ yrs old. We do steam cleaning because it is more effective than the gimmicks but we spent additional money to buy tools that clean better than the typical wands and gets a 1-3 hour dry time in most cases for carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. We also have equipment for cleaning ceramic tile flooring . No we are not going to be the cheapest price you can find per room for your cleaning but unlike the cheap companies who tend to be in and out of your house in an hour we will be taking the time to do it right .

3 areas* {traffic areas only} $105+tax 3 areas* {standard/typical furniture moving} $150+tax
5 areas* {traffic areas only} $155+tax 5 areas* {standard/typical furniture moving} $210+tax
Sectional or 3 piece (sofa loveseat chair) $145-185+tax
*Heavy soiling and/or pet stains typically run about $25 more/area. Areas larger than 200 sq.ft., L-shaped or Multi-purpose rooms count as more. These prices are good Monday-Thursday (excludes holidays).
