Hello, my name is John Jennings of John's Construction and for the past 30 years I have been building homes in King and Pierce counties. I am a "hands on " general contractor specializing in building new custom homes as well as existing home additions.
My business is family-owned and I am on the jobsite every day working with my crew to make sure you get the quality you deserve. We do all the structural framing of our buildings and can take care of any changes you feel would be necessary to create your "dream home". After framing is completed, my crew and I continue to do all the exterior features of your home and remain on the jobsite while all the plumbing, electrical and mechanical portion of construction is happening. We also have a long list of subcontractors that we have known and worked with for many years.
