I don't know where to even begin besides saying Brian made this process so much more enjoyable and not only is he very knowledgable, he is overall a wonderful human being - so kind and funny and extremely easy to talk to. Outside of TV talk, Brian was very knowledge on home improvement projects so we were just talking about some other projects I am planning on tackling. He seemed genuinely interested and provided a lot of wise advice on a wide range of topics. And as I said, he's very funny anyway so I was certainly laughing. I was very comfortable with him being in my home. I tend to be a nervous person when it comes to hiring an outsider for big projects so believe me when I say you will not regret hiring Brian!

Brian was great to work with. He provided great advice and recommendations ahead of the installation so I bought the right stuff. On the day of install, he called to confirm times. Then during the install, he explained actions and asked/reconfirmed the decisions
