Extremely unprofessional! Everything started good with create communication. I was extremely flexible with the on the times which they could unload my truck into my storage unit. I just needed labor from 2 of their guys. They day comes where we are scheduled to unload at 10 am. An hour before 10 am they contact me if we can move it back to 2:30. I drive over an hour to Hagerstown to unload into the storage unit and when 2:30 hits I contact them and they tell me now itโs 4:30. They didnโt even contact me that they were not going to make it at 2:30. I sat there waiting for two hours. Itโs 4:50 now, and I am still waiting on them and they have stop responding to my text and have started ignoring my calls. If this is how they treat a flexible customer I canโt imagine how they will treat anybody else. Now I am left to pay extra money to keep my Penske truck for another day and find another mover last minute.
I am extremely disappointed with this.
