I do current and prior year income tax return preparations for individuals and small businesses( S-corps, partnerships, LLCs, etc) including state tax returns for all 50 states.

I also help my clients with tax debts, liens and dealing with any IRS issued audit or inquiry letters. As a CPA, I'm able to represent my clients before the IRS tax court.
