Im a client with SIGNATURE BALLOONS CHICAGO,this person is BIG liar. The day i met her for my daughters birthday she promise me that i can decide on the centerpiece later with same price as we talk about but after few days with I send her few pics of centerpiece she started to charge me more. so now if I ask her any change she asking for more money. Dont hire this woman named michelle ortiz.

Please don’t hire this person, she is a liar and she cheated me for my sons first birthday which was in January 2018. She called me at noon the day of the party and canceled leaving me completely lost and I was pregnant with my second at the time.
She is a horrible person and I know this is going to catch up to her one day.
She owes me 900$ which was paid to her upfront.
Don’t waste your hard earned money. This lady is a big time cheater

You should not hirer signature balloons Chicago to do your events. The owner name is Michelle. she charge way more then others and she don't deliver what she says. she show u something and she deliver something else. When you are talking her she shows you very nice and big picture. I payed everything in front that was my big mistake. One of my friends booked her for son's first birthday and she didn't even show up on the of the event and till now Michelle haven't payed her back. My friend's party was in jan 2018.

Michelle is fraud person. She double charged me (PayPal and Chase QuickPay) and cancelled refund. She did low quality work and refused to compensate for wring items
