WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Do NOT use them.
I scheduled them for a Saturday window of 11-2pm (via Amazon). They first said they would come at 11.15am. Then moved it to 12.15pm as "the trains were running on a delayed schedule". Then at 1pm I called the main number and she said the cleaning tech was sick. Not buying that for a hot second. By this time I had already rescheduled my other plans twice.
Rescheduled to Sunday between 5pm-8pm. She promised she would arrive by 5.30pm. At 6pm I call then and get their voicemail. After this I spend 30mins wasting my time on the line with Amazon complaining to them and trying to get some compensation. Left me with a waste of a Sunday evening and in a foul mood. Terrible Terrible Terrible.
