Absolutely do NOT recommend him/ “the company”. Started digging late August 2019. He set so many appointments & turned into no calls & no shows. Middle of September, pouring day finally arrives. They rushed on the end & didn’t even fill in or brushed one of the corners. I also noticed cracking on the other corner & near the garage. Him & his men left trash in my yard & concrete pieces in my neighbor’s yard. He also gave away my dirt. Now it’s middle of Jan 2020 &after numerous calls &texts, he has not fixed the cracked concrete part or given us 2/3 of our dirt back. He took my money &ran. He has NO BUSINESS LICENSE. He DID NOT get a permit for my driveway which he said he would. A city inspector saw my driveway this morning &told me that the end wasn’t right &should be forms in the driveway. If I don’t fix it then I will get a fine. Lots of empty promises from this guy.
I hired Richard to fix my back patio pavers where weeds were growing. I'm happy with his job and prices so I recommend this company to anyone in Norfolk.
