Most Family Law Custody cases start at a total of $1500 with ONE DOWN PAYMENT OF $500 AND Two payments of $500 and $500 before your court hearing. This is what I charge. If you cannot afford this payment plan for your Civil and Family law case, I may refer you to a local Legal Assistance Clinic in the Tampa Bay area. If you are indigent status, I may refer you to them. I will try and help you but all new clients in payment plans need to be able to pay. You need to be able to commit to a payment plan for me to help you. I cannot work for free.

Horrible, The wife is the worst! she asked me to take her to the bank, Because I am a kind person, I did. She is Desperate stating she has bills to pay. They did nothing for my case But A NOA after that, He did Nothing for my case but ask me for more money. Hardly No Contact, His wife is the gatekeeper from Hell. If you contact them they were incredibly Rude, they will sigh and even talk to you like you are stupid! You Must connect with her The Gatekeeper, and just maybe she will let you talk to the lawyer you hired. on top of that I had to constantly ask for a receipt for paying them. She gave me a hard time about that! DONT HIRE THESE PEOPLE unless you want to waste your money and have them wait to the last minute to do anything. HORRIBLE
They are by far the worst team ive ever encountered. they didnt do anything for my case and his money hungry wife is the rudest person ive ever had the displeasure of coming across. Mr lawyer couldnt even keep his eyes open when i had a hearing and when my court date arrived they couldnt even show up and of course i couldnt get my money back because they did literally nothing for my case. save your money and find someone better because they are scam artists.
Scott Stark, Attorney: You don’t even put your name down that’s pretty much par for the course when you don’t put your name down period as far as getting a cashier‘s check most of you don’t even care where I’m gonna run it for free okay! I think it’s funny that she didn’t put your name down if you want what is with you to be real you didn’t put your name down!
Mr Scott should leave his money hungry partner of a wife who runs clients away by saying they can’t afford a lawyer because a client wants things in writing before sending a cashiers check . I wonder why it’s the only payment method they take . They seem like scammers and money hungry themselves. They also call your phone 30 times a day! Narcissist behavior! I would never trust them to represent me !
