we have been here in the same location for 25 years doing everything from simple repair to major motor rebuilds, are head work is done on are state of the art seat and guide machine, when it comes to doing valve work on today's motorcycles it take a machine like what we have here to get the job done with complete accuracy, with today's motors heat is a big factor it is so important that the concentricity of the seat is correct, when the valve meets the seat the heat from the valve is dissipated into the seat, If the concentricity of the seat is not correct the the heat transfer process will not work correctly and the valves and the seats will wear out prematurely, also keep in mind, if the concentricity of the seat is not correct there will be a loss of compression as will as power from the regaining,

we do cylinder boring, we bore the cylinder to piston specification on the 2 strokes we chamfer the ports, and the exhaust ports with a bridge i relieve this as well, I do a nice finish hone with a set of 320 grit stones,
