    Add the seeds of the vanilla pod and 200g softened butter and mix. Pour the quarter of this mixture to the bowl while the rest part should be filled into the tin covered with backing parchment.
    Spread your mixture evenly and bake for 25 minutes. Put the remaining 50g cold butter, sugar, the oats, hazelnuts, cinnamon and the lemon zest into the bowl.
    Mix it with the ingredients you reserved with you hand. You should get a crisp mixture.
    When the base is ready, put sliced strawberry and jam on top. Add the topping from the bowl and cook for more 30 minutes.
    Allow the dessert to cool and then cut it into bars.
