This triple chocolate goodness is legal as a once-in-a-year Easter dessert only. The hearts of the chocolate lovers will melt of happiness just as the chocolate inside these cookies. As all recipes included in this article, they’ll take only 15 minutes of active cooking time to make.

Things you need:

  • 1/2 cup of softened unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup of white sugar
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar (if you don’t have it, substitute with another 1/2 cup of white sugar)
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of chopped Peeps marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup of mini eggs for decor (optional)

How to make:

  1. Set your oven to preheat to 3500F and measure your ingredients.
  2. Grab a large bowl and beat butter with brown and white sugar in it till smooth.
  3. Crack an egg into the bowl, add vanilla extract and beat again.
  4. Find a separate bowl and mix all dry ingredients (except fillings).
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet mixture and keep beating till smooth.
  6. Stir chocolate chips and marshmallows into the mixture, try to spread them evenly.
  7. Form large cookies and place them onto the lined sheet. If you take approximately 3 tbsp. of dough per cookie, you should end up with 10 of them. Believe me, they taste well better when large.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, remove from the oven and decorated with crushed mini eggs right away. Remove from the baking tray once the cookies are completely cooled down. Enjoy!cake-625964_1920
