The worst service ever!!! I am extremely dissatisfied. They texted me that will arrive in 120 minutes. They didn’t arrive in promised time so I tried to reach out to the company over the phone . No one answered. After 30 minutes received a call that they are on the way but it will take 55 more minutes to get to us. So after 4 hours waiting on a busy road they canceled and never arrived. Would not recommend this to anyone!!!Zero even negative 5 stars for this bu
Auto Seekers: As far as Ms Atanasova complaint goes she was given a 120 minute ETA , which means, ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL, key word ESTIMATED if this was a perfect world we would not have to deal with traffic ,construction , and in this instance accident call from police departments that are always be put in high priority status. I'm sorry Ms Atanasova does not grasp this and believes she is the most important person in the world. I'm here to inform her she is not and every tow service that deals with police departments will put their calls ahead of motor clubs it's common sense. Ms. Atanasova wis the person you see in line complaining McDonalds charged her .25 cents for extra honey mustard pack.
