I have lost all confidence to this man, and he is why.
After a good radiator repair (down low) I took my car to him to replace the valve covers, he was kind enough to work on the car outside the shop, but that was the first mistake. Long story short, he broke my car. Started leaking oil and antifreeze and when confronted about it, he dismissed it as not his problem and said it was a faulty hose (although I have had this car for a year now without any leaks). Asked him for the keys since it was MY car and he started getting defensive and acting like a 10 year old asking for money. Says he'll send me to court and that he has a lot of money to sue me, but yet I was the one giving him money for gas, even though I picked him up. Will NEVER come here again, and I recommend other customers to not come here as well.
Osborn's Automotive did a quick inspection of my Fiat 500L. Great customer service! They diagnosed a problem with brakes and fix it next day. Highly recommend this place!
