Olden Times is a small, local, family owned and operated home improvement business, that specialize in small to medium sized projects, from minor repairs up to bath make-overs/remodels and decks, with the occasional larger project such as a kitchen remodel or addition.

I am a builder with 28+ years experience working in the building trades, with ten of those years in commercial/residential remodeling and the last seven years running our family's handyman, home repair and remodeling business. Although I usually work alone Olden Times can deploy a four person+ crew for larger projects.

Every single service listed below (and a few that are not), we have the the skills and tools to do. This means you save time and money by not having to call one person to do "this" and another person to do "that".


HANDYMAN AND HOME REPAIR SERVICES:
Electrical installations, repairs & trouble shooting. (Primary Field)
Plumbing repairs (until gravity takes over - for the most part).
Copper, galvanized, PEX, PVC. (Including gas lines - residential only.)
Plumbing installations: Bath tubs, hot water heaters, toilets, sinks, water filters, etc.
Appliance installations: Microwaves, stoves, cook-tops, etc.
Custom shelving & storage systems.
Painting - Residential interior only.
Drywall REPAIR. (Drywall installation as part of larger projects ONLY.)
Interior staircases & railings.
Finish carpentry, cabinets & trim - Including crown.
Doors, windows, - Replace existing or create an opening & install a new one.
Skylights and solar tubes.
Flooring - Tile, wood, laminate, etc. (Install & repair.) No sheet vinyl or carpet.
Tiling - Floors, walls, back-splash, etc. Rental clean-outs & preps.
Rental & V.R.B.O. repair inspections & reports. - 93 point inspection.
Glazing & screening.
Winterizing & de-winterizing.
Dry-rot & mold remediation
Pressure washing - Decks, fencing, driveways, walkways and more...make it look new again.
